Individual Pizza Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 4 pita bread rounds, whole wheat
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. pepperoni, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    2 c. Canadian Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. Canadian Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    To make a thin crust for pizza, separate each pita into two round pizza crusts.
    For a thicker crust, use 1 whole pita bread. Place bread, hollow side up, on baking sheet.
    Spread equal amounts of green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms or any of your favorite pizza ingredients.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
