French Fried Mushrooms (Or Dill Pickles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or dill slices
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. pancake mix (follow instructions on box)
    hot corn oil (in electric skillet or fryer)
Preparation
    Dip mushrooms into milk; dip into pancake mix.
    Fry in oil at 375\u00b0 for 2 minutes or until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
