Ingredients

3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 kiwi (pared, sliced and quartered)
1/2 c. red seedless grapes
Preparation

Put milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat until small bubbles form around pan's edge.
Stir in rice and cook, covered, over lowheat about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the milk is absorbed.
Stir in vanilla, kiwi and grapes.
Put into dessert glasses, garnish with kiwi and serve warm.
