Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. smoked or baked salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make sure salmon is free of bones and skin.
    Put cooked salmon
    and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Process until well mixed.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve as a cracker spread or as a sandwich.
