Boeuf Bourguignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. stewing meat, cut into small pieces
    2 onions, diced
    garlic (powder or cloves)
    oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Put into casserole.
    Make gravy.
    Can add bouillon cubes for flavor.
    Pour over meat and add Burgundy wine. Put in oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    One hour before serving, add mushrooms and some more Burgundy wine.
    Serve over rice or wide noodles.
