"Garlic-N-Herb Potatoes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
    3 large sprigs rosemary
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes (unpeeled), halved or quartered
    1/2 tsp. coarse salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Pour oil in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add garlic, stirring to coat.
    Heat pan in oven for 5 minutes. Add rosemary and potatoes to pan, stirring to coat.
