Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. soft shortening
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. chunk-style peanut butter
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients together into bowl.
Add shortening, milk and peanut butter.
Beat 2 minutes.
Add milk and eggs.
Beat 2 minutes more.
Pour cake mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or 30 to 35 minutes in layer pans.
