Amish Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh bread cubes
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. half and half
    3 eggs
    1 large can crushed pineapple, mostly drained
Preparation
    Pour half and half over bread crumbs and let stand.
    Cream butter and sugar together; beat in eggs.
    Fold in a large can pineapple.
    Add bread cubes soaked in half and half.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
