Strawberry Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb
    4 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
Preparation
    Combine fruit with sugar, juice and all.
    Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Pour into jars.
    Either refrigerate or freeze.
