Hummus Bi Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 clove garlic, mashed
2 cans garbanzo beans (reserve 2/3 c. liquid)
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. tahini
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Put all ingredients into a food processor with a metal blade. Process to make a smooth paste.
Add additional liquid, if needed. Serve in bowl with pita wedges.
