Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Cook green beans
as directed on package.
Drain well.
Make a paste of the flour and butter, adding the salt, sugar and onion. Add the sour cream and cheese.
Gently fold in green beans and spoon into casserole.
Cover with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
