Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook sweet
    potatoes
    until
    tender,
    remove
    skins and mash. Add butter, milk, salt, cinnamon or nutmeg and paprika. Beat until free
    from\tlumps
    and
    light
    and fluffy.\tFold in walnuts.
    Turn into a greased casserole, cover with marshmallows and bake
    in
    a moderate
    oven
    (350\u00b0)
    until mixture is heated through and marshmallows are brown.
    Serves 8.
