Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh strawberries, cleaned
1 c. apple cider or juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 c. heavy cream (whipping)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. Port wine
sliced strawberries and sour cream to garnish
Preparation

In food processor, puree the strawberries.
Add cider or apple juice, cinnamon, honey, sugar and nutmeg.
Just prior to serving, whisk in cream and wine.
Serve in chilled glass bowls.
Garnish with strawberry slices and sour cream.
