Tamale Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 (17 oz.) can corn
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn mix
    1/2 c. cubed American cheese
    1 1/2 c. diced chicken
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter and oil.
    Add corn, tomatoes and olives; cook 15 minutes.
    Do not drain.
    Add eggs, milk and meal and cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add all remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
    Bake and garnish with whole ripe olives.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
