Cream Filled Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon (I do not use)
2 c. quick oats
Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco and brown sugar.
Add eggs.
Combine flour, soda and cinnamon; add to mixture.
Stir in oats.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
