Hot Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. lean hamburger
    2 to 3 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain rice.
    Add rice, drained tomatoes and sour cream.
    Season to taste.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Spread cheese evenly over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
