Puddle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Stir with a spoon.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted into the cake comes out cleanly.
    A good eggless cake eaten plain, or dust with powdered sugar or top with frosting as desired.
