Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2/3 cup oil
    1 egg
    1 cup sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together brown sugar, oil and egg.
    Set aside.
    Stir together milk, baking soda, salt, vanilla and add to brown sugar mixture alternating with 2 1/2 cup flour.
    Fold in: 1 1/2 cup diced apple (don't peel) and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Pour into tin and sprinkle with melted butter.
    Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
