Diabetic Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 1/2 c. cold water
4 c. strawberries
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
light whipped topping
Preparation

Mix pudding, gelatin and water in saucepan; stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Arrange strawberries in pie shell.
Pour mixture over berries. Chill until set.
Serve with whipped topping.
Garnish with strawberries.
