Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant grits
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook grits until done.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add cheese, eggs and milk; stir until melted and smooth.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
