Low-Fat Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In serving bowl, combine first 4 ingredients to make a smooth dressing.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
