Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. egg whites
    2 tsp. cream of tarter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and 1/2 cup sugar three times.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Add salt and cream of tartar.
    Beat until stiff enough to hold shape.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Then fold in flour and sugar mixture.
    Fold for 2 minutes.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    When done, invert pan to cool.
