Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice bread
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation

Tear bread into small pieces.
Mix with remaining ingredients except beef.
Crumble beef into mixture; mix thoroughly.
Press into 9 x 5-inch loaf dish.
Microwave on High until internal temperature reaches 150\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
Rotate once or twice if you don't have turn table.
Spread on ketchup.
Microwave at Medium (50%) until ketchup is heated, 2 to 3 minutes.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
