Fiesta Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 servings instant potatoes
    1 cup salsa
    2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
    Guacamole, sour cream, and chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
Preparation
    Set oven controls to broil.
    Spread hot potatoes in ungreased square 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish.
    Spread with salsa.
    Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
    Broil with top 3 to 4 inches from heat until the cheese is melted.
    Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
    Serve with the remaining ingredients.
