Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast or 2 1/2 Tbsp.
    4 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Melt oleo and mix with sugar and eggs.
    Add 2 cups self-rising flour.
    Combine with dissolved yeast mixture and add remaining flour.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin pan, about 3 tablespoons or No. 16 size scoop into pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remaining batter may be kept several days in refrigerator.
    Makes 48 rolls.
