Broiled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning or 1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Pick over crabmeat gently and carefully to remove shells and cartilage; do not break up lump meat.
    Add seasoning, lemon juice, parsley and eggs; combine gently.
    Form into medium-size cakes; place in lightly buttered flat pan.
    Place under broiler; cook until golden brown, turning once.
    Serve with salted crackers. Makes 4 servings.
