Scalloped Pineapple(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    6 slices white bread
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of juice.
    Trim crusts from bread and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Combine pineapple, juice, bread and margarine (cut in 1/2-inch pieces).
    Add beaten eggs, sugar and cinnamon.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole.
    Cover and microwave on High, 8 to 10 minutes, or until set.
    Stir at 3 minute intervals.
    Serves 6 to 8.
