Pears Antoine With Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh pears
    6 Tbsp. sherry
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Peel and core pears; slice into chunks.
    Pour sherry into small bowl; add pears and marinate in refrigerator until serving time.
    Place 1 scoop sherbet in each of 4 dessert dishes.
    Spoon pear mixture on top and garnish with grated lemon peel.
