Tomato Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. whole kernel corn
    2 qt. ripe tomatoes, chopped
    2 qt. onions, chopped
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 hot peppers
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of mixed spices
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in pot.
    Bring corn mixture to boil; boil for 15 minutes.
    Fill jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
    Wipe jar tops and threads clean.
    Place hot lids on jars; screw bands on firmly.
    Process in boiling water canner for 15 minutes.
    Makes several pints.
