Tofu Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lb. soft tofu
    1 lb. firm tofu
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. chopped basil or Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Defrost spinach and drain.
    Place tofu, sugar, garlic powder, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Blend until smooth.
    Taste, add more salt, if necessary.
    Cover bottom of pan with sauce.
    Layer noodles, 1/2 tofu filling and 1/2 spinach.
    Repeat layering, ending with noodles.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
