Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 eggplants
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    16 oz. tomatoes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes and Italian dressing; simmer.
    Slice eggplant 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine water and egg.
    Dip in bread crumbs.
    Put tomato sauce over eggplant and cover with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
