Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Hold a few orange sections aside.
Dissolve jello in water. Stir in sherbet until dissolved.
Pour into mold or serving dish. Refrigerate until almost jelled.
Stir in oranges and whipped cream, gently.
Top with a dot of cream and an orange section. Very light and refreshing.
