1 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
4 c. snow peas, trimmed
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. ginger root, minced
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 dash of hot pepper sauce
