Spicy Stir-Fry Shrimp(Friday'S Dinner Menu) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1/2 lb. vermicelli noodles
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
    4 c. snow peas, trimmed
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. ginger root, minced
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. hoisin sauce
    2 tsp. rice vinegar
    1 dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Serve with green salad/low-fat Ranch dressing and crispy bread sticks
