Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz. can) refried beans
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. salsa or picante sauce
    2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 can sliced black olives
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic.
    Place four of the uncooked noodles in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread half of the beef over noodles.
    Top with 4 more noodles and the remaining noodles.
