Artichoke Heart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
