Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 large mashed bananas
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt and cool butter.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat and whip 1 1/2 minutes. Add bananas, sour cream and nuts to flour mixture.
    Blend 1/2 minute.
    Bake in a loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
