Old Fashioned New York Style Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. pure vanilla (no imitation)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Let cheese reach room temperature. Melt butter; mix butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and graham crackers together.
    Put in bottom of 9-inch spring pan, place in freezer until mixture is completed.
    In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until reaches a smooth texture.
    Mix in eggs, vanilla, cornstarch and sour cream.
    When smooth, pour mixture into spring pan.
    You may bake now either in water or just in spring pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, turn oven down to 250\u00b0, bake additional 45 minutes.
    Shut oven off, let cake sit 3 hours inside.
    Place in fridge at least 8 hours prior to serving.
