Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 can evaporated milk
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. margarine
    14 oz. caramels
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup milk.
    Pat half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
