Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. pancake mix or Bisquick
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 c. pancake mix or Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup pancake mix, lemon peel and rhubarb. Toss together.
Place in 9-inch greased pan.
Mix remaining dry ingredients; stir in eggs until coarse.
Sprinkle over rhubarb. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
