Orange Blossom Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 c. chopped, toasted pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (room temperature)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar, oil and egg.
    Add biscuit mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Stir in marmalade and pecans.
    Grease muffin pan or line with paper cups.
    Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
