Peanut Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
    6 green onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried hot pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. finely chopped salted dry peanuts
    1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti until al dente.
    Drain.
    Rinse in cold water and toss with 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
    Set aside.
    Place remaining sesame oil in large heated frying pan.
    Add green onions, garlic and pepper flakes.
    Stir over medium heat until onions have softened, 2 minutes.
    Add spaghetti, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
    Heat mixture, tossing to combine for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Stir in peanuts and cilantro.
    Add salt to taste. Transfer to serving bowl.
    Makes 4 servings.
