"My Own" Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 toes garlic, chopped
    6 sticks celery, cut fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cumin seed
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water (rinse can and jars)
    dried hot peppers
Preparation
    In heavy large pan, add some cooking or olive oil.
    Brown meat, onion, garlic and celery until meat is done.
    Add salt, pepper, cumin seed and chili powder.
    Stir well.
    Add beans and tomatoes.
    Rinse cans and jars and add to soup.
    Cook only until chile comes to a boil.
    Stir well while heating.
