Peaches For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. unpeeled peaches (I use peach peelings)
6 to 8 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Mix and cook until thick.
Put in hot pint jars and seal or it can be put in freezer.
