Plantation Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 L.?? chicken
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    4 celery sticks
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
    4 well beaten eggs
    6 slices bread
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken, save broth.
    Chop onion, pepper and celery; saute in margarine.
    Add chicken.
    Add soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth; stir until smooth.
    Take off heat, add well beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
    Pour in large pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese when done.
    Serve when cheese melts.
