Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can beefy mushroom soup, divided
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup and remaining ingredients except water.
Shape into patties.
Brown in large skillet.
Drain grease.
Combine rest of soup and water.
Spoon over patties and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
