Bob Jones' Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. rum
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Whip cream until stiff, adding 1/2 cup sugar.
    Separate eggs. Whip whites very stiff, adding 1/2 cup sugar.
    Whip yolks until creamy, adding 1/2 cup sugar.
    Continue beating until all sugar is dissolved.
    Add liquors to yolks, mixing well.
    Stir in milk.
    Fold in whites thoroughly and then whipped cream.
