Tofu Croquette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk or water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 slightly beaten egg
2 1/2 c. finely chopped tofu
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook onion in cooking oil until tender; blend in flour.
Add milk and stir while it thickens.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well and cool.
Shape into patties.
Roll in bread crumbs and fry in deep hot fat until done.
Makes 25 croquettes.
