Lunchbox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 large can fruit cocktail
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together flour, soda, sugar, eggs, butter (softened) and fruit cocktail (undrained). Beat for 3 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, pecans (chopped) and white sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
