Don'S Shrimp, Cashew And Rice Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 c. cashews
    3 oz. mushrooms
    4 oz. sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. cleaned shrimp
Preparation
    Prepare the rice according to the box directions, set aside. Heat the oil and soy sauce in a large skillet.
    Saute the cashews, mushrooms and water chestnuts until hot.
    Add shrimp and heat well. Mix in the rice and heat until the liquid is absorbed.
    Serve with egg rolls and Hardee's garden salad.
