Bacon And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
12 oz. bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Arrange bread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Layer Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and bacon over bread.
Beat eggs with milk and salt in bowl.
Pour over layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
May chill overnight before baking.
Yield: 8 servings.
